Through our website we are able to offer FREE project leads to both general and sub contractors, FREE bid advertising for general contractors, FREE daily addendum updates via text message, and a FREE daily newsletter to keep you informed of any new information uploaded to our website. Our daily newsletter has almost 60,000 subscriptions and our website gets over 500,000 page views per month. For general contractors we also offer FREE private plan room services (Xpressbid) which also double as a bid broadcast system. Any project's plans that you find posted on our website are available at all LDI locations. Unlike most other plan rooms there is NO FEE to access our website, we simply make our money when plans are actually purchased.
You can purchase both hard copy and digital plans (Xpressfile). We offer same day pick-up and delivery service or can ship your plans anywhere you might need. We have the ability to scan plans to a disc and also to make copies from both discs and USB drives. We also have the ability to access plans from third party web sites and FTPs. You can send us your invitation to bid and we can print your plans for you.
